What we can offer:
Specialist Nurse Service
Our Specialist Nurse Service provides evidence-based advice and information to
people affected by cardiomyopathy, based on the European Society of Cardiology (ESC)
2023 Guidelines for the management of cardiomyopathies.
Our service is available via telephone 0800 018 1024 (Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30),
email: supportnurse@cardiomyopathy.org and live chat through our website. The
service complements care provided by your team.
Genetic Advice Helpline
Our Genetic Advice Helpline provides information on inherited cardiomyopathies,
including genetic testing, cascade screening and understanding the importance of
family history.
Online Support Groups and educational webinars
We also deliver weekly online support groups specific to cardiomyopathy type including
advanced heart failure, host online educational webinars featuring expert speakers and
provide specialist written resources.
