Clinical Survey: Exercise Guidance in Cardiomyopathy Care

This short survey, developed and distributed by a Clinical Exercise Physiologist at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust with a professional interest in cardiomyopathy care, is seeking healthcare professionals’ views on exercise guidance for cardiomyopathy patients.

This short questionnaire explores awareness and use of guidelines, advice given during clinic appointments, and challenges in supporting patients with physical activity. Responses from ICC nurses, consultants and other professionals will help identify educational and service gaps and inform his conference session.
