Heart Hive Launches the PREG-HEART Study
PREG-HEART is inviting pregnant women to take part in a study to improve health outcomes for pregnant women with heart disease.

Pregnant women are being invited to participate in the PREG-HEART study aiming to better understand the impact of cardiovascular disease on pregnancy and beyond. The study is being promoted by Heart Hive – the online portal that facilitates patient participation in cardiovascular research studies.
Who can join the PREG-HEART study?
Women who are currently pregnant and have not been diagnosed with heart disease
Women diagnosed with one of the below heart or blood vessel conditions before, during, or up to 6 months post-pregnancy
The study aims to:
Understand how heart disease affects pregnancy and how pregnancy affects heart disease
Learn if and how heart conditions are managed across the UK, and whether there are any differences
Provide an online platform for future research, including studies that may involve collecting biological samples (like blood) to understand more about these conditions
Attached is the flyer for the PREG-HEART study, and further information can be found at PREG-HEART | HeartHive
