Cardiomyopathy UK catalyst grants - open for applications!

The charity's catalyst grants are intended for researchers to test new ideas, develop proof-of-concept studies or gather data that could help you attract further investment from other sources. Projects should directly address the research priorities identified through their Priority Setting Partnership. Funding of up to £25,000 is available for projects of up to 24 months’ duration.

Deadline for applications is Wednesday 9th July 2025 with a review process taking place from July to September. Register here.

Cardiomyopathy UK wants to make sure the voices of people affected by cardiomyopathy are at the heart of research and strongly encourage Patient and Public Involvement (PPI). They are offering the opportunity for potential applicants to join catalyst connections - informal online meetings with people affected by cardiomyopathy to discuss their proposals throughout May and June.
