Please note that BICCS members are required to have an active membership in order to book and access the conference. To ensure that you receive the member's rate for the conference, please renew your membership or become a member of the BICCS prior to booking this ticket to the conference.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: As you will appreciate, if you do not attend the conference we still incur the costs associated with your attendance. Accordingly we therefore have the following cancellation policy. – Cancellations with more than 30 days notice: No charge. – Cancellations with less than 30 days notice: The full charge. – Non-attendance/last-minute cancellation: You will not be eligible for a refund.
